Ageless Clothing will refund any item(s), provided that the item(s) has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached. Packaged items and undergarments are final sale for hygienic reasons.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
For all returns and exchanges, please email email@example.com with the subject title “RETURN” or “EXCHANGE” and include the name on your order and your Invoice ID within your email, BEFORE returning the product.
You can return unworn merchandise with original tags to us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll credit you for the entire amount minus the shipping and handling cost. If your item is damaged when you receive it, please contact our customer service department at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange so please retain the tracking reference number when you ship your package. Please package your product carefully when shipping it back to us.
If you do not wish to use the return label provided by us, we recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. Ageless Clothing is not responsible for packages sent with a return label not provided by Ageless Clothing. Ageless Clothing do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
REFUNDS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
Your refund will in most cases be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes, less the pre-paid return fee. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply.
Ageless Clothing may cancel orders for any reason. Some common situations in which orders are cancelled may include: The item is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it, pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
